It is never easy starting a new job but things have been made even more difficult following lockdown and the awful situation with Covid- 19. So while we haven’t shaken h ands or hugged we welcome Sophie to the team and are wishing her every success.
Every new job no matter how experienced you are comes with training and we have had all had to adapt to this. We have had clients take on new members of staff through all stages of lockdown and the online element of training and collaboration is more and more important.

Sophie started her recruitment career seven years ago and has worked across resourcing, internal recruitment and recruitment consultancy. Sophie has worked across many sectors but has spend the majority of her career recruiting within the Back Office and Human Resources sector. This has honed her relationship building skills which she thrives for in her job. During her time as an internal recruiter she really got to underst and the importance of recruiting within the company culture and this is what she wants to bring to each individual client. When Sophie isn’t at work she enjoys Red wine and mini eggs.
