St andin’ on their own two feet. And ringin’ on their own bells. So here we are… celebrating two sisters launching a new business!
We are delighted to announce Myinternalrecruiter.com exp anding with Emma Dalzell (my little sister) launching MyInternalRecruiter London. Emma comes with a wealth of experience especially in scale up tech businesses. She will be growing our subscription recruitment offering in London.
After graduating with an LLB from Queen’s University Belfast Emma started her career in Financial Services, providing a platform to start her own property business in her early 20’s in Northern Irel and. Emma successfully grew this business and moved to Dublin where she started her most recent venture working in a Tech start up. Emma was Head of Account Management, focusing on building, retaining and exp anding enterprise clients. Emma was a key strategic partner in growing and scaling teams internally, ensuring the best talent was sought. Emma has always been customer centric, really underst anding what success looks like, individual challenges and the unique ethos of her client’s people culture, which she will bring to all her businesses in London.
Outside of work Emma is a running and cycling fanatic. So far this year she has completed her first duathlon, first multistage cycling event and is about to compete in her second marathon of the year.
