Q: How does the free trial work?

A: Sign up to the free trial by registering your job. One of the team will come out to meet you and understand the job and company culture. Then when we successfully fill the job at offer stage and acceptance, we will start your subscription. Essentially you will get 11 jobs for the price of 10. All we ask is the job is exclusively with us


Q: Am I obliged to sign up to the subscription after the free trial?

A: No, if in the unlikely event you are unhappy there is no obligation to sign up, although we are confident that you will see the value in our service and want to anyway.


Q: How much is the subscription and how long is the contract?

A: The subscription is £1000 per month across 12 months and that includes 10 jobs registered with a 2% fee of the annual salary on placement. For example a £30,000 salary is £600


Q: What if I don’t want to sign up to your subscription model but still wanted the candidate?

A: Nothing will be charged until offer stage and then a fee of 18% of the annual salary will be charged. Again, we are very confident that you will want to use the subscription service and let us help you with further recruitment. You will find the subscription model much more cost effective than contingent recruitment. 



Q: What if we have engaged with other agencies but want to trial as well?

A: Unfortunately, we only work on exclusive jobs. Our model is based on a partnership and working together is paramount for us.


Q: What is the salary limit on the free trial?

A: £65,000 is our limit on the free trial, however we do have expertise at filling higher level jobs and are happy to discuss these
